APPLICATION DEADLINE:  April 17, 2020

 

REQUIREMENTS:  Submit all of the following in a folder or scan and email

by the deadline.

   (A) Female Auburn High School senior

   (B) 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA

   (C) Acceptance to an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university

APPLICATION MATERIALS:

1. An official transcript from Auburn High School

2. Official letter of acceptance from your college or university

3. Letter of recommendation from a high school teacher, counselor

4. or principal (non-family member)

5. 500-word (minimum) essay on one of the following topics:

 

• Describe a change you would like to make in the world. 

  • How do you plan to make that change?

  • What obstacles might you encounter along the way?

• Where do you see yourself after graduating college?

  • What failure or hardship in your life have you learned the most from and why?

  • What does getting a college education mean to you?

• What teacher has had the greatest impact on your desire to get a college education and why?

  • Why do you want to attend college?

  • What are your educational goals?
